Chief People & Operations Officer (CPOO) – C-Level

Hi, welcome to my page, nice to meet you. 

I started here in March 2021 and took over the responsibility for the field of People and Culture. And oh boy... since then a lot has happened. In the meantime I got promoted, am now part of the C-Level as the Chief People & Operations Officer and do my best to manage this lovely little company.

Hands down, it was one of my best decisions to join Vertrical. We are an amazing bunch of people with a great culture. 

Together with my awesome team and colleagues I am responsible for the overall People & Culture strategy at Vertrical as well as the operational part in our day to day business. My passion and goal is to establish the best working environment where people are empowered to self-manage in a way that supports and let evolve them as individuals and the organization as a whole.

Personally I am a working Mom(bie) of one 👦🏼love to travel 🧳, especially to Sardegna 🏝, where I like to stay in a ⛺️at a campsite. I love the sea 🌊 the sun ☀️I like to swim 🏊🏼‍♀️and I try to meditate on a daily basis🧘🏻‍♀️

I am all in for the concept and ideas of new work and always trying to create a safe space for everyone and a fear-free organization.

We are an international, Germany based software developing and consulting company for cloud platform solutions mainly in the Digital Health sector.

We are a community of like-minded and talented people and are committed to understanding the engineering sector and the health sector intimately.
