Howdy!

Also seen in the wild as "Adam", I joined Vertrical in early 2022. I support our software engineers, doing what I can to keep them comfortable, productive, and in the mindset of continuous improvement. My passions are Agile processes (particularly Scrum and XP), automation, and management philosophy. 

Prior to Vertrical, I have been building teams and developing solutions, whether for education, healthcare, space travel, or digital streaming.

Outside of work, I read, I eat, I run. That and chasing my kiddos around keeps me plenty busy.

We are an international, Germany based software developing and consulting company for cloud platform solutions mainly in the Digital Health sector.

We are a community of like-minded and talented people and are committed to understanding the engineering sector and the health sector intimately.
