👉 Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team who has a strong background in Medical, Digital Health, Pharma, and Life Sciences! You have a proven track record of building and collaborating with our high-performing sales teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company and make a real impact on the healthcare industry along with working closely with our product sister company Medlify.
Medlify is a cutting-edge SaaS Virtual Health Platform that is revolutionizing the way healthcare providers and patients interact. As part of the Vertrical Software Agency, we bring together deep expertise in healthcare and technology to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery.
Here are some of the responsibilities for this position that we would like to highlight:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including Sales Representatives, to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base and expand our footprint in the US (and UK) market
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at Scale Ups and Enterprises in the Medical, Digital Health, Pharma and Life Science space
- Create and present compelling sales presentations to prospects and customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
We will for sure help you develop a deep understanding of our projects and services so that you can consult potential new clients, cultivate relationships, and identify new opportunities.
In the beginning you will be ✨ the one ✨ that creates and maintains these relationships and drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of clients’ business and their challenges. This role will require understanding our project and software solutions, and actively selling them to customers. It is vital that you will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excelling at generating, nurturing, and converting leads and - of course - securing deals.

If you'd made it this far then you are obviously a dynamic, highly-motivated sales professional, who can deliver measurable success. Your communication is excellent and you are a natural-born networker. You interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, video meetings, webinars and face to face. You can easily discover their business needs and always find good solutions for potential clients.
Here is our wish list of skills that we’d love to have for this role…
- You're a seasoned individual who has broad knowledge in sales, marketing or business development with a focus on medical, pharma, digital health and life science
- Strong proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Highly educated in the healthcare and technology landscape, and is able to articulate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- You must have skills to negotiate with potential clients regarding sales contracts, needs and other assignedÂ
- Experience in a (tech) start-up during the growth phase, in a software consultancy or other agency that sells complex projects and technical solutions to clients is a plus
- You're humble - we don't have much room for big egos here
Although we are an international company, and we want to make sure that you're a native English speaker or fluent at an expert level; a confident communicator who enjoys talking to lots of different types of people.

- Your salary will be between $75k-$85k USDÂ with a bonus system
- You will work in a flexible remote-setup. Work-life-balance is important to us and we believe you know best when you are most productive
